Oversee strategic CAPEX procurement for international investment projects, analyze supplier markets, and ensure cost efficiency
Develop long-term procurement strategies, establish supplier partnerships, and define contract management approaches to optimize purchasing conditions
Lead supplier negotiations, manage contract execution in collaboration with the legal department, and ensure compliance with company policies
Support high-value investment projects by coordinating procurement processes across multiple countries and ensuring timely project delivery
Manage supplier relationships by identifying new partners, evaluating performance, and mitigating risks related to project execution
Monitor procurement KPIs, track budget performance, and prepare financial forecasts to support business planning
Work closely with engineering, finance, and operations teams to align procurement strategies with overall business objectives while supervising buyers and external consultants
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
Master’s degree in engineering or economics
8-10 years of procurement experience, preferably in the Pharma, FMCG, or food industry
Fluent in English and Hungarian, with strong negotiation skills
Excellent strategic thinking and negotiation abilities
Experience in supplier relationship management and contract handling
Strong project management and problem-solving skills
