Senior IT Infrastructure Lead
Team Management:
- Lead and coordinate the team to handle escalations, incidents, and requests.
- Plan resources, track progress, and ensure SLA compliance.
Security Leadership:
- Manage ITIL-based processes and oversee security assessments, including penetration testing and incident response.
- Develop and enhance IT security programs and disaster recovery plans.
Operational Improvement:
- Streamline operations, cut costs, and implement tools to boost efficiency.
- Monitor budgets and align spending with goals.
Vendor and Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Coordinate with PMO and stakeholders on project requirements and risks.
- Manage vendor contracts, performance, and procurement activities.
Leadership Development:
- Recruit, mentor, and guide the team.
- Set goals, provide feedback, and foster innovation and teamwork.
Documentation and Training:
- Maintain documentation of systems and processes.
- Deliver workshops and training for IT staff globally.

Education:
- Degree in computer science or equivalent experience
Experience:
- 10+ years in data center and Windows Server management
- 5+ years in designing secure, high-availability systems and managing enterprise-grade firewalls or IDS/IPS
- 3+ years managing hybrid cloud infrastructure (e.g., O365, AzureAD)
- Networking expertise (OSI, TCP/UDP, NAT, BGP, etc.)
- Experience in ethical hacking and risk assessments
- Incident hunting with Microsoft or third-party tools
- Proven record in supplier management, RFPs, contract negotiation, and service delivery
- Experience leading CyberSecurity functions (CSIRT, SOC, SecOps)
- Team management and service delivery reporting expertise
Skills:
- Advanced expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, and software deployment tools (e.g., SCCM, Intune)
- Strong PowerShell skills
- Knowledge of antivirus policies, cloud infrastructure, and monitoring systems
- Deep understanding of authentication protocols, TLS/SSL, and certificate management
- Analytical, solution-oriented, collaborative, and adaptable
Languages:
- Fluent in English;
- Kowledge of French, Spanish, or Arabic is a plus.
Nice to have:
- Experience with SIEM systems
- ITIL certification and practical enterprise
- MCSA/MCSE certification in Server and Cloud Infrastructure
- Information Systems Security certification or willingness to obtain
