Senior Project Coordinator (REF3690Z)

We are looking for a skilled Project Coordinator to join our Project Management Office (PMO) and lead smaller projects or subprojects. This role involves supporting senior project managers, coordinating team activities, and ensuring project milestones are achieved successfully.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning Support

  • Assist senior project managers in defining project scopes, timelines, and budgets.
  • Help develop detailed project plans, schedules, and work breakdown structures.

Team Coordination

  • Communicate tasks, deadlines, and objectives to team members.
  • Monitor task progress and ensure responsibilities are clearly understood by the team.

Progress Monitoring

  • Track project milestones and deliverables to meet deadlines and quality standards.
  • Report progress, challenges, and risks to senior project managers.

Documentation Management

  • Maintain project-related documents such as meeting minutes, reports, and plans.
  • Ensure all documents are accurate and accessible to the team.

Stakeholder Communication

  • Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, providing project updates and gathering feedback.
  • Facilitate meetings and ensure efficient information flow between all parties.

Budget, Risk, and Quality Management

  • Support budget oversight, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure quality assurance.

Internal Communication

  • Develop and implement communication strategies to enhance information sharing within T-Systems.

Content Creation

  • Create and manage content, such as newsletters, LinkedIn posts, and internal communication materials.

Presentation Development

  • Create professional presentations for top management and clients, translating complex IT topics into clear, concise formats.

Must-Have Skills

  • At least 3 years of experience in project management field.
  • Strong knowledge of the IT market and IT product portfolios.
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Excellent English skills (written and verbal).
  • Advanced skills in MS PowerPoint for creating high-quality presentations.
  • Ability to simplify and present complex technical topics for senior management and clients.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • German language skills: Helpful for effective internal communication.
  • Background in product or offering development/management.
