As our Senior Rewards & Mobility Specialist, you will be part of a brand new Global Rewards Team, focusing on optimizing our reward and recognition activities to attract and retain top talent. This is done in close collaboration with the Global HR Team, People Managers, Finance, Senior Management and other relevant stakeholders within NILFISK. Your role will be global & will be based in Budapest together with our Rewards & Mobility Specialist and the HR Service team. You will report to the Head of Global Rewards, who is sitting in Copenhagen, Denmark.

You will be involved in reviewing and designing of our global reward programs and processes and be responsible for a smooth execution of the global reward processes in close collaboration with our Head of Global Rewards, HR Service Centre and HRBPs.

Senior Rewards & Mobility Specialist

Key accountabilities:

  • Gather relevant data and conduct high quality data analyses to fully support development and implementation of the reward strategy, policies & programs and processes
  • Participate in the development and maintaining of global reward programs and processes
  • Act as a Rewards Specialist partner to our HRBPs and local offices to ensure effective deployment of all reward programs and processes
  • Support and ensure smooth execution of all annual and ad hoc reward review processes and policies including, but not limited to:
  • Global salary review process
  • Global bonus program
  • Long-term incentive programs
  • Job level evaluations (Mercer IPE) and market benchmarks
  • Local pay ranges
  • Global job level framework
  • Participate in salary surveys to ensure that the global HR team has access to up-to-date market data
  • Advise, support and challenge the business on all elements related torewards
  • Act as backup for our Global Mobility Specialist

Required skills, qualifications and personality:

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree, preferably in Human Resources, Finance, Business
  • 5 years’ experience within rewards or compensation
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel & PowerPoint
  • Mercer methodologies, including IPE knowledge
  • Experienced in presenting data analysis in a clear and concise way which is easily understood
  • Strong communication skills in English (written, verbal and interpersonal)
  • Project management skills, flexible and able to prioritize tasks in a structured manner
  • Customer focused - establish and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at different levels and cultures and gain their trust and respect
  • Team player, thriving in a dynamic and changeable environment
  • Some experience with handling international employee mobility would be preferred
  • Experience in Workday would be a plus
