The team

Within the team, you'll find business analysts, developers, architects, and scrum masters, all sharing the same goal: creating value for our internal and external customers with ServiceNow solutions.
The role
The role has opened due to ever growing international business demands. As a ServiceNow Developer your main responsibility is to implement the requirements & user stories in the ServiceNow platform while ensuring that ServiceNow out of the box recommendations and industry best practices are applied.
As a Senior ServiceNow Developer you will work closely with the Solution/Technical Architect to ensure the solution is technically feasible and provides real measurable value for the customer.
Your tasks
- Creating and implementing end to end solutions for customers, addressing requirements through technical architecture in consideration of process design, ServiceNow Technical Best Practices and Standards
- Defining and implementing technical solutions aligned with client’s business problems
- Work on scoping complex service engagements typically involving multiple ServiceNow products and complex integrations with client applications/systems
- Participating in Agile ceremonies, assessing and estimating requirements and making recommendations on proposed solutions
- Taking responsibility for coding, testing, debugging, and creating technical documentation
- Understanding business needs, regularly consulting with related stakeholders, business analysts
- Working with multiple complex systems on a wide range area, taking responsibility for interface/integration implementation tasks. Supporting proposal and concept creation in IT migration and helping with transition projects.
- Building a trusting relationship with major project stakeholders and leading them to adopt the best solution
- Carrying extensive technical/economical knowledge about the business area he/she is working on
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in developing ServiceNow applications in a multinational environment for large enterprises
- Comprehensive knowledge of ServiceNow platform key capabilities and solutions, OOB features
- ServiceNow Certified System Administration (CSA) certification and preferably another CIS certification
- Ability to work in an international environment with local and international teams
- Understanding of CMDB/CSDM data model, best practices for Data Integration and ServiceNow ETL framework (e.g. APIs, import sets, transform maps etc.), MID Server management and server/network connectivity best practices.
- Experience in at least two ServiceNow applications e.g ITSM, ITOM, SPM, HRSD or others
- Experience implementing solutions using the Agile/Scrum methodology
- Experience designing and implementing IT and Non-IT related process workflows, procedures (preferably in ITSM domain)
- Experience in interface design and implementation using web services (REST, SOAP, JSON)
- Experience with programming languages, databases and scripting especially in JavaScript and AngularJS
- Experience in developing custom applications
- Personal qualities: eagerness for self-development, strive for quality, problem solving skills, reliable and thorough personality and a good sense of humor would come in handy working with us, IT geeks
- Strong oral and written communications skills (both business English and Hungarian)

- Working proficiency in German language
- Great presentation skills
- Experience with ServiceNow CI/CD pipelines and automated release and deployment
- Further ServiceNow certifications (CIS-ITSM, CAD or others)
- Experience working with domain separated environment
- Presales experience, working with RfX proposals
- ITIL knowledge and certifications (Foundation, Managing Professional)
- Experience with ServiceNow Studio, Application creation
