Requirements

• Proven experience leading technical teams and mentoring developers, with 2+ years of working on large-scale applications using Python.
• You have worked with multiple large scale applications with Python (5+ years).
• Strong understanding of trade-offs in software development, with the ability to communicate these effectively to achieve common goals.
• Insight into common development bottlenecks and a commitment to essential practices that drive productivity.
• Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends and advancements within the Python ecosystem.
• Familiarity with data engineering concepts and tools such as Mypy, Flake8, FastAPI, Django, microservices, Kafka, streaming, Spark, Docker, and Git.
• Excellent teamwork skills, leveraging peer knowledge to achieve superior solutions through continuous feedback.
