As a central figure in our adapted SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) environment, you will facilitate agile ceremonies, coach teams and stakeholders in agile principles, and lead planning, coordination, and continuous improvement efforts across teams.

• Take on a leading role as Scrum Master for multiple cross-functional and international teams within one Value Stream, ensuring the effective implementation of agile methodologies and driving their continuous improvement
• Foster strong collaboration with Product Owners, the Value Stream Lead, and key stakeholders to prioritize initiatives, manage interdependencies, and eliminate obstacles to delivery
• Serve as a coach and mentor for Agile practices across the Value Stream, adjusting leadership style to fit the maturity of teams and the broader organizational context
• Lead and facilitate Increment Planning (Quarterly Planning), team ceremonies, and key Value Stream-level events, ensuring strategic alignment and active stakeholder engagement
• Monitor team performance, delivery health, and key agile metrics, synthesizing insights to support data-driven decisions by the Value Stream leadership and business partners
• Lead the adoption and scaling of agile practices, actively contributing to the refinement and evolution of the organization's SAFe-based framework
• Collaborate closely with fellow Scrum Masters across the Domain to align with Tribe-level guidelines and ensure consistent, high-quality agile execution
• Promoting a culture of operational excellence by leading continuous improvement initiatives across teams, promoting innovation, adaptability, and learning
• Act as a trusted project management partner in strategic initiatives, overseeing planning, progress tracking, risk mitigation, and transparent reporting to leadership

Requirements

• Fluency in English
• Demonstrated leadership experience as a Scrum Master, or Agile Coach in a scaled agile environment at least 3+ years
• Strong track record in project and delivery management, with the ability to lead multiple teams and initiatives simultaneously
• In-depth understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe), with the ability to apply and tailor them to complex delivery landscapes
• Strong JIRA knowledge, including board setup, automation management, and support for teams in implementing useful automations.
• Strategic and forward-thinking approach, capable of translating high-level business goals into executable delivery plans
