Main responsibilities:
• Maintain contemporary knowledge of IT solutions, industry benchmarks and trends in the field of software testing and release management and apply it in every day job. Ensures projects are implemented in alignment with Test management methodology and release plan; and in full compliance with the relevant processes. Oversees the quality completion of project deliverables from methodology point of view.
• Lead the preparation and execution of MOL Group Test management strategy on her/his area.
• Participate in complex IT projects/programs in professional execution of Test design, planning and execution in line with MOL Testing requirements for all test phases – unit, system, integration and functional testing & acceptance with the help of development team members. Lead the different test streams, test managers, local test coordinators working in the project.
• Act as a knowledge base for test support tools (like SAP Solution Manager Test Suite) and support the project in the related processes.
• Participate in projects/programs as Senior Test manager and ensure that all required testing deliverables are created including testing approach, testing scenarios, conditions and expected results, test scripts and testing control sheets.
• Create test strategies for complex projects and manage the testing related activities in a project by leading the test management organisation of the project. Review and validate the test results.
• Participate and maintain Quality Assurance processes with dedicated attention to proper and up-to date documentation and the testing related KPIs.
• Lead the communication between different parties regarding testing related topics. Cooperate closely with Business and IT teams and Project managers both internal and external.
Requirements:
• University or college degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 5-10+ relevant experience in IT testing or test management preferably in multinational environment, Leading international IT implementation testing
• Result oriented and able to work on own
• Structural thinking and analysis approach
• Participation in IT projects and cooperation
• Advanced level Test management skills
• Familiar with waterfall, agile, scrum or other rapid application development and testing method
• Communication skills – the ability to communicate well in English and Hungarian, verbally and in written form
