Our client is one of the leading investment banks in the world, and for their growing professional team we are looking for a Senior Vice President - Transformation Data Analyitics Lead to be part of their team.

Senior Vice President - Transformation Data Analytics Lead


  • Coordinate the development of a resourcing tool and an associated data governance framework
  • Manage the ongoing requirements of identifying and tracking staffing needs to meet the consent order transformation program requirements
  • Translate the operating model for the staffing capacity planning function and team and engagement model to analytical needs.
  • Establish a robust data governance framework and connectivity across the HR and Business systems
  • Establish a common ground for comparison and measurement of current staffing methodologies that exist across the organization and ensure adherence to guiding principles.
  • Identify/implement staffing capacity planning and management tools and technology enablers that will improve accuracy and effectiveness.
  • Incorporate business demand drivers into the capacity planning methodologies and processes that will allow for the identification of future needs
  • Provide analysis and recommendations to improve staffing levels.
  • Validate confidence of established influence/drivers impacting forecasts.
  • Analyze drivers of significant forecast misses to continuously improve forecasting.
  • Create dashboards and analytics to track staffing adequacy of risk and control functions.
  • Partner with Business and Technology to drive implementation of a common Resourcing Framework
  • Partner with the HR Transformation team to design and deploy reporting required to support regulatory/board requirements. Assist in developing the strategy to better identify, track and report on the risk and control populations in the firm.
  • Analyze data needs and identify data sources & assist  in the transition from legacy to standard data
  • Investigate and escalate data quality issues throughout the process
  • Express a collaborative and motivating attitude to join forces with colleagues for excellent results




  • High level of analytic capability; driving data driven decisioning through both reading and interpreting data as well as analyzing and building reports
  • Familiarity with existing big data, NLP techniques
  • Being able to establish requirements for a global workforce planning system utilizing individual activities and drivers
  • Possess a global mindset and demonstrated experience operating internationally across large, highly matrixed organizations.
  • Able to leverage interpersonal skills to establish effective relationships with a broad variety of stakeholders and partners. 
  • Able to define goals and metrics, develop actionable plans and manage work to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Ability to operate with a sense of urgency and prioritize work on an autonomous basis. 
  • Acts as a catalyst for formulating a cooperative environment to achieve a common purpose; actively puts forward ideas and solutions to help the organization operate more efficiently and effectively.

  • Technology aptitude: you will have to co-operate with Technology staff, we need you to speak their language
  • Interpersonal skills, ability to manage stakeholder relationships across various levels of seniority
  • Familiarity with Workday, CHAT, Renault is an advantage


  • 9-10 years of relevant experience
  • Advanced mathematical, statistical knowledge around big data
  • Strong experience around data visualization platforms, recent programming languages as necessary
  • Relevant AI, NLP, RPA knowledge
  • Proficient in MS-Office products, advanced Excel, macros, Power Query, SQL
  • Advanced knowledge of data visualization tools, systems
  • Familiarity with advanced data integration/transformation workflow tools is an advantage
  • Masters Degree required
