Service Delivery Manager - Experienced (REF1090Z)

Tasks:

  • Secure application and infrastructure operation of the Logineo NRW applications based on the OTC platform
  • Extensive experience with ITIL processes
  • Change Management
  • Release & Deployment Management
  • Incident Management L2/L3
  • Alignment with 3rd parties

 

Requirements:

  • Strong German language skills for direct contact with customer (written and verbal)
  • Experience in service management
