Service Delivery Manager for Mercedes Benz Cars (REF1240C)

Tasks:

  • Customer contract handling,
  • Customer management,
  • Billing / invoicing,
  • Project management,
  • ITIL process management (Incident, Change, Problem)

 

Requirements:

  • German - advanced
  • English - advanced
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Experience in Service Management or Operations Management
  • Experience in customer consulting
  • Experience in Project Management
