Service Delivery Manager (REF3788D)
About the Role
This position is part of the BU Logistics team within the Digital Solutions portfolio of T-Systems International GmbH. The Logistics BU focuses on developing solutions for DP DHL.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage invoicing processes and ensure accuracy.
- Support pre-sales activities, including TSI Force (Salesforce) and Contract Lifecycle Management.
- Monitor and report on SLA compliance.
- Oversee the resource demand management process.
- Control costs, provide forecasts, and recommend optimization measures.
- Implement contracts and contribute to service delivery.
- Structure and manage project plans (PSP and WBS).
- Coordinate invoicing, cost control, and financial awareness.
- Lead and coordinate stakeholders across Nearshore and Offshore teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to maintain high-quality standards.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and provide effective management.
Követelmények
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles (e.g., sales, product management, deal management, claim management).
- Solid knowledge of ITIL and Agile concepts and processes.
- Fluency in German (C1) and English (B2).
- Familiarity with legal terminology.
- 5+ years of experience as a Service Delivery Manager.
- Experience working in multicultural and international environments.
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
- Experience with SAP/SPPM.
- Process flexibility and a "can-do" attitude.
- ITIL or Scrum certification.
- Background in maintenance and development projects.
