Service Delivery Manager ( Videoconferencing ) REF1405G

We are looking for a Service Delivery Manager in our team who is supporting customer needs in videoconferencing operational topics.

Overview of tasks:

  • Provide detailed consultancy to clients on the videoconferencing equipment that is requested.
  • Knowledge of smart videoconferencing solutions for small and medium and large videoconferences and working out the right solution for the room or application as well as looking after, advising, planning and implementing. In addition, support for the aftersales service.
  • Handle and process customer requests (Requirement management)
  •  Demand management, Hardware consultation
  • Support incident management
  • Alignment with interfaces: operations team, management, incident management, customer, vendor, network
  • Development of the service according to customer requirements
  • Vendor management (e.g., create BOMs & contact Cisco to create quotes)
  • Create Cost calculation for customers
  •  Trainings for users (e.g., Telepresence & Webex Boards)

 

  • Knowledge of current videoconferencing solutions & products (Telepresence, Webex Boards, MS Surface Hub and other video devices)
  • Constant readiness for future training & development
  • Knowledge of Incident and Change management processes
  • Asset Management
  • Ability to work in team
  • High proficiency in German and English: Written and spoken fluently due to international environment and a large number of German customers
