Our international partner, a key player in cash management, is looking for their newest colleague to join the Service Desk Support team!

Location of work: Office in District II, Budapest

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing technical support to the company's financial (B2B) partners,
  • Investigating client issues and assisting in resolving them,
  • Administering and documenting support processes,
  • Cooperating with both local and international colleagues.

You’re the ideal candidate if you:

  • Speak Dutch and English fluently, as you will be communicating with native speakers,
  • Are available for a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week (5 days × 8 hours), with rotating but pre-scheduled shifts,
  • Have strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • It’s a plus, if you have previous experience in customer service or IT support field.
