English speaking Service Desk Analyst


As a Service Desk Analyst, you would provide IT support to American internal users via phone, e-mail, and chat. You would be responsible for handling first level IT problems, including Office, Microsoft, VPN, wifi related and other classic help desk issues. You would also cooperate with other colleagues in an international and motivating team.


Supporting American users means, you would use only English on a daily base, so having great English skills is a must!

You should have at least 6-12 months Service Desk experience, including solid knowledge of Windows 7/10, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS Exchange, Active Directory and ticketing systems. Having strong customer orientation skills and a desire to handle clients professionally is also important!

At last point, you should have a flexible attitude regarding working hours.
