A French speaking Service Desk Team Leader position is open at our partner who is a multinational technology company that provides IT services, including digital, technology, consulting, and operations services and operating in Budapest.
- Lead a Service Desk team which provides IT support
- Run and analyze operational reports
- Learn and implement new processes and technologies
- Participate in process improvement
- Help the team to achieve the targets
- At least 1 year experience in people management
- 3 years’ experience in IT Service Desk
- Fluent French and English knowledge
- Interpersonal and high level of problem solving skill
