We are looking for a Service Operations Specialist for our multinational client, which is one of the global market leaders within the FMCG sector.

Their brands are trusted in millions of living rooms, kitchens, laundry rooms, and bathrooms and have been passed down from generation to generation.

Service Operations Specialist

Manage price correctness in customers' orders together with Sales teams, daily monitoring of orders block removals
Billing, tracking all goods issue (not invoiced documents and drive proper action)
Claims investigation and resolution coordination
Communication with Customer, Transportation, SLS and DC Claim coordinator
Manage returns of deliveries externally (with customer and Distribution Center) and internally (within multifunctional team)
Monthly Off invoice rebates execution

Bachelor’s Degree required
Previous experience in Supply Chain or Commercial Functions would be an advantage
Fluent English and Hungarian language skills
Excellent analytical, MS Office Package knowledge (especially MS Excel)
Good communication, problem solver, helpful and proactive personality
Collaboration and leadership skills
Ability to work independently
