Solar Business Development Manager

  • Building a completely new division from scratch.

  • Exploring new markets and actively acquiring new clients and partners: Ensuring an active, proactive market presence abroad, primarily in Europe, acquiring new customers, and building a strong business network.

  • Frequent international travel to maintain direct relationships with clients.

  • Preparing quotations and contracts: Compiling offers and developing contractual terms to achieve optimal business results.

  • Participating in negotiations and client meetings.

  • Implementing sales plans and achieving performance targets: Actively contributing to the development of the annual sales plan and ensuring its execution by tracking weekly, monthly, and annual goals.

  • Establishing a stable client base within Europe.

  • Bachelor's or higher degree.

  • At least 5 years of sales experience in solar sales.

  • Strong communication skills, proactive attitude, and a "hunter" mindset.

  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written.

  • Ability to work independently.

  • Strong market knowledge and networking skills to identify new partners and create business opportunities.

  • Willingness to travel within Europe to secure successful projects.

  • Valid Category B driver's license.
