As a Spare Parts Project Manager you will be responsible to plan, execute, monitor, control and complete projects that are in line with our Services strategy and enable growth, process standardization and stable operations.
SPARE PARTS PROJECT MANAGER
In this role your tasks will be:
Lead and manage projects and sub-projects within our Services organization
Define project scopes, business cases, objectives, timeline and budget
Closely collaborate with stakeholders from different functions
Drive change through IT/Digital/Business projects
Actively identify further improvement opportunities based on valid business cases, analytics and KPI’s
Analyze key processes of assigned projects to map process steps, tools, roles and responsibilities and deliver a clear overview of identified gaps and prioritized solutions
Your profile:
Completed studies with a focus on Economics, Logistics or relevant
2-5 years experience in project management (preferably focusing on process & service improvements)
Experience with Agile mindset and Scrum framework is a plus
Fluency in English (both written and spoken) any other language (e.g. German) is an advantage
Strategic thinking and hands-on operational implementation approach
Ability to work in a structured manner, handle stress and set priorities, ready to conquer complex problems
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Experience with change management
