SSC Process Manager

Feladatok

  • Supporting upper management in strategy, planning, implementation, execution and compliance
  • Defines and plans performance goals and objectives across all financial operations
  • KPI / SLA setting and monitoring
  • Monitoring operational processes
  • Writing financial reports
  • Supporting closing tasks
  • People management tasks (performance reviews, goal setting, mentoring etc.)
  • 3-4 Team Lead direct reports, ~40 indirect reports total
  • Keeping contact with customers

Követelmények

  • College or university degree (Finance, Accounting, Business or other relevant field)
  • At least 5-6 years of accounting experience
  • Previous experience with ERP systems
  • Fluent English (both written and speaking)
  • Experience in SSC environment
  • Confident, able to work independently
  • Precise, attention to detail
  • Proactive
  • Keeps close track of deadlines
  • Strong communication skills
