We are looking for our new
Stage Gate Management Junior Expert
colleague, who will
support the preparation of Group level DS CAPEX business plan and reports. Also support preparation and continuous improvement of Group project management methodologies with involvement or partner organizations.
In DS Stage Gate Management, we are an organization providing support and advice to DS Management. As a liaison between Management and Project Management within Downstream, we are responsible for DS CAPEX analysis and reporting (financial processes, CAPEX monitoring), and owners for DS Stage Gate Management (project management) Process and its continuous improvement (Quality Assurance Reviews (QARs), Regulation, processes etc.).
Tasks and responsibilities
- Acts as a business partner for DS business organizations providing advice and support in stage gate process and CAPEX related activities
- Supports the preparation of the DS level CAPEX plan
- Organizes Quality Assurance Review (mandatory reviews during the stage gate process in which the project’s preparation and documentation quality is reviewed before moving the project to a next approval step) and follows up on the agreements. Supports
- Supports continuous improvement of the Stage Gate and Governance methodology within Downstream; responsible for harmonizing the methodology of different local level business areas and for the continuous improvement of the project management related competencies.
- Creating and preparing high quality DS level CAPEX portfolio and performance management reports to ease management decision-making capability
- Expert contribution required for management of CAPEX related issues
- Provides support on project planning and reporting methodologies and systems through development and operation of underlying IT systems
Requirements
- University degree field of Economics, Engineering or other relevant study
- Minimum 1 years’ work experience preferably in Project and CAPEX Management (Financial and /or project management know-how)
- General understanding of Downstream business fundamentals is an advantage
- A can-do attitude with strong sense of ownership
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Attention to detail and multitasking skills
- MS Office solid knowledge is a must
- User knowledge of ERP systems and LPB is an advantage
- Power BI experience is an advantage
- Fluent English
