We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our partner’s dynamically growing team!
Manage the full recruitment process, including screening, interviewing, and hiring decisions
Source and attract candidates through various channels (databases, social media, job fairs)
Develop recruitment strategies and apply modern sourcing tools
Build and represent the employer brand on the job market
Maintain ongoing communication with managers, candidates, and external partners
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or another relevant field
1–4 years of professional experience in recruitment
Confident English language skills (B2 level or higher)
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Precise, independent working style with creative thinking
Experience in a multinational environment
Stable international background and opportunities for professional development
