Lead Change Manager

  • Quality check of changes
  • Release changes
  • Customer communication
  • Create and update reports
  • Participates & presents the changes in the regular customer/vendor CAB


  • Multitasking ability, effective communication in German
  • Good presentation skills
  • Decisiveness, speed
  • Good monotony & stress tolerance
  • Systems approach, ability to recognize connections
  • English and German languages


  • Relevant practical experiences  
  • ITIL Knowledge, Snow, Asset Manager, Reporting
