Transportation Execution Coordinator - Budapest (Hungary) - Your future position?

As a Transporation Execution Coordinator you will ensure correct and daily execution of main responsibilities in logistics execution according to the requirements specified in the role description, besides taking directions from the Logistics Head and others in the team on specific tasks. You will coordinate assigned operational activities in close contact with the local site in the region.

You will be located in Budapest, reporting to the Regional HUB Transport Manager.

You will:

• Perform daily responsibilities as described in the job description
• Establish a continuous improvement mindset
• Build relationships with different teams
• Communicate with internal and external partners by phone or by email
• Daily operations in the transportation execution area:
• Support Logistic Service Provider implementation process
• Select transportation mode
• Monitor and follow up on PO/STO/SO consolidation
• Create volume forecasts of shipments
• Manage daily and planned transportation exceptions
• Maintain track and trace data for required shipments during transition
• Manage returns, complaints and all other business inquiries
• Monitor inbound and outbound transportation processes
• Support and validate the Logistic Service Provider selection process
• Review freight invoices
• Observe service levels
• Adherence to procedures

You:

• Diploma: Bachelor's degree required in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or equivalent
• Languages: Fluency in English in a business setting (with focus on read and write)
• Professional experience: Min. 2 years of experience in Logistics
• SAP knowledge
• Advanced MS Excel knowledge
• Focus on gaining knowledge and initiate development of him/ herself
