Unit Leader - Bioreactor

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Management of vaccine production unit (20-30 people) in a GMP environment
• Organization and control of daily operations
• Management, and people development of group leaders
• Connecting operational production with quality, maintenance, EHS and supply processes
• Responsible of fulfilment of the weekly, monthly and annual production plans
• Communication within the unit goals
• Performance Management – operation and developing of Tier system, interpretation and monitoring of KPIs
• Keep people, safety, quality, delivery, cost indicators (budget) on target
• Preparation for, participation in, and execution of authority inspections and customer’s audit

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Relevant degree (bioengineer, food engineer, chemical engineer, pharmacist) 
• 2-3 year’s experience in similar field
• 2-3 year’s of leadership experience
• English knowledge in written and spoke
