AP SENIOR ACCOUNTANT
As part of our team, we will count on you to…
- deliver day-to-day accounting and other finance tasks related to accounts payable,
- process and verify incoming invoices daily,
- handle reclaims & corrections,
- participate in AP closing and periodical activities,
- identify, evaluate, and resolve issues,
- take part in process improvement and standardization projects in close cooperation with the process lead team,
- support the audits specific to accounts payable,
- reconcile complex vendor statements and handle open items on vendor accounts.
- perform operational KPIs and compliance with client policies and guidelines and pro-actively alert execution issues,
- keep contact with different stakeholders.
- Keep contact with suppliers and resolve their invoice related issues with proactive, customer focus mindset.
- mentor the new joiners and the junior staff.
This is the perfect opportunity for you, if you have…
- Degree in Accounting / Finance / Economics or equivalent.
- 3-5 years of accounts payable experience in service center (SSC) environment or at accounting service provider
- strong deductive and analytical skills with attention to detail and precision,
- hands on knowledge of ERP applications (Microsoft Dynamics is a plus) coupled with Microsoft Office knowledge and MS Excel expertise,
- team player, able to work collaboratively with an end-to-end mindset,
- good communication skills with customer-focused mindset,
- ability to organize, prioritize and structure the tasks,
- action oriented, delivery driven,
- fluency in English and Hungarian.
