Business Development Manager – IT Security & Network Solutions (Hungary)

Bakotech is an international distributor of cybersecurity and network monitoring solutions, operating across Central and Eastern Europe. We have offices in Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, and collaborate with partners in Hungary. We support our business partners by delivering cutting-edge IT technologies and providing the highest level of distribution services.

Business Development Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Develop product lines and maintain relationships with vendors,
  • Actively acquire new business partners in the Hungarian market,
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing partners,
  • Prepare commercial offers and conduct negotiations,
  • Present and promote IT solutions from Bakotech’s portfolio,
  • Provide business consulting and sales support to partners,

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B IT solutions sales,
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher (collaboration with international vendors and other Bakotech offices),
  • Fluent in Hungarian (spoken and written),
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills,
  • Self-motivated, well-organized, and results-oriented,
  • Drive to develop professionally in sales and new technologies.
