As a member of our pre-sales team, you play a crucial role in maintaining our customers’ networking infrastructure
You will be the primary contact for our long-term business customers, handling their requests related to IT software products
You will work closely with customers, vendors, distributors, and internal experts, including service and sales teams, to create accurate configurations using vendor tools and provide valid quotes to our customers
You will support customer needs across various complexity levels, from single product quotes to large multi-year frame contracts and complex solutions and projects
As a software business expert, you will adeptly combine your knowledge of our software product portfolio with the best vendor processes and tools
You will understand which products best fit your customer’s environment, the most suitable pricing schemes, and how to optimize processes effectively

1-2 years of experience in a pre-sales role
Fluency in English AND German
Basic understanding of IT systems
Basic knowledge about business administration
Confidence in using MS Office, especially with Excel
Self-motivated and able to work in a remote team
Good communication skills
Process and customer orientated attitude
