Tasks:
- Coordinate annual salary review and implemetation of salary increases
- Performs activities related to short term incentives and other benefits
- Support budgeting and forecasting process via performing high quality C&B analysis and providing accurate provision and accrual data for closings
- Develop, maintain and update compensation and benefit policies and drive implementation of changes
- Drive job evaluation process, maintain and update job profiles and job ladders in order to ensure market competitiveness and fair positioning
- Search development opportunities through benchmarking C&B programs with market practice
- Ensure smooth internal communication flow on C&B matters
- Performs ad-hoc compensation-related analysis and requests
- Coordinate various C&B Projects

If you have…
- University/college degree (preferably in the field of HR or Economics or Business Administration)
- At least 3 years experience in Compensation and Benefit and/ or HR process coordination in multinational enviroment
- Fluency in English
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Structured thinking with strong analytical skills
