Complex HR Inquiry Specialist


As a Complex HR Inquiry Specialst you would have the following responsibilities:

-working within the Customer Experience team, focusing on resolving the most complex problems and queries
-thoroughly investigating complicated and often sensitive queries
-developing a high level of understanding and expertise to achieve efficient problem resolution
-managing customer expectations
-applying judgement based on high level of understanding of component systems, processes and policies
-identifying appropriate key stakeholders relevant to the case if needed
-generating new initiatives, being proactive and creative regarding positive changes and improvements of processes and traingins


For this role, the following is required:

-fluency in English
-more than one year of experience within HR
-experience of working at multinational/HR services environment is an advantage
-demonstrated experience of working with Workday and Salesforce is an advantage
-stakeholder experience is desired
