-focus on resolving the most complex HR-related problems and queries
-to work closely with the employee experience team
-thoroughly investigate complex and often sensitive queries,
-develop an intergative understanding which spans across multiple policies and parties
-contribute to the development of processes and trainings
-establish and deliver necessary immediate containment actions and highlight process gaps and inefficiencies, proactively seeking solutions
-the ability to work with people at all levels and across organization boundaries
-fluency in English is required
-at least 18 months of experience in the field of HR
-university or college degree (preferably in HR)
-strong customer service skills and solution focus
-fluency in German is an advantage
