VACANT POST: CONSULAR CLERK
Job Title: Consular Clerk
Job Description:
To process applications for visas, permits, passports and residency applications.
To respond to enquiries according to South African Immigration laws and policies.
The successful candidate will be required to sign an annual performance agreement.
Job Type: Permanent
Requirements:
A minimum of 12 years of schooling
3 years of work experience in a related field with proficiency in computers.
Permit to work in Hungary.
Proficiency in Hungarian (written and verbal) and English languages.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications.
Competencies:
Bilingual in communication
Knowledge of conventions and protocols (proper format for documents etc). Knowledge of local bureaucracy and methods of address.
Computer literacy
Ability to operate and maintain office equipment (Switchboard, fax, photocopier, scanner, printers, and shredding).
Time Management
Organising skills
Salary:
Depending on qualification and experience.
Fringe Benefits: 13th month bonus.
