CTR (Close-to-Report) Analyst
Tasks
Ensures that tasks are delivered as per the requirements of SLA, SOP and company policies
Coordinates and manages collaboration with CFO Staffs office
Identify improvement opportunities
Perform various complex accounting tasks as needed including account reconciliations,
analysis, and journal entry preparation as required
Participates in Closing of Accounting Period, Reporting and Financial Report creation as
per corporate accounting calendar
Provide support for ongoing audit requirements including quarterly and annual internal
and external compliance audits
Prepare Ad-hoc Reports to Support Business Units
Support/mentor all CTR Finance Coordinators
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance/Accounting or related field
Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
Experience with different ERP systems (People soft, SAP, S4Hana)
Strong written and oral communication in English
Excellent communication and analytical skills
Proven track record of outstanding customer orientation and service focus
Ability to manage stakeholders across the entire organization including C level
executives and CFO staff
Strong interpersonal skills and team player attitude
