Our partner in Makó is seeking a dedicated Sales Engineer focusing on Customer Technical Support. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in an international environment, where you can leverage your engineering support expertise and contribute to the company's success.

 

CTS Sales Engineer (Customer Support)

Feladatok

  • Responsible for maintaining customer resources, providing product follow-up services, understanding customer suggestions, needs, complaints, etc., and coordinating follow-up, organizing quality improvement.
  • Assisting the sales department in customer service, including handling customer complaints.
  • On-site knowledge of customer complaints, customer visits.
  • Responsible for quality supervision and management of logistics.
  • Regular audits of external warehouses, spot checks on shipments and vehicles.
  • Assist the department manager in the implementation of corrective actions and the tracking of non-conforming products.
  • A collated analysis of the results of a customer satisfaction survey.

Követelmények

  • Bsc or Msc degree
  • Minimum 3 years experience in technical and quality management in the manufacturing industry
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Analytical judgement and the ability to deal with emergencies.
  • Proactive and self-motivated
  • English is a must
