Our partner highly values in-person collaboration, so regular office presence is important for this role. (Location: IV. district)

 

Customer Service Coordinator

Feladatok

  • comprehensive support of serivce process
  • preparation and registration of contracts,
  • handling incoming e-mails, phone calls,
  • handling customer complaints,
  • preparation of statements and reports,
  • up-to-date recording of data.

Követelmények

  • minimum secondary education, but higher education is an advantage,
  • active intermediate English language skills, spoken and written,
  • confident computer skills (Excel, Word); SAP is an advantage,
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the service area,
  • independent work, good problem-solving skills, accuracy
