Support the European Fleet business and the Commercial Optimization team in the customer acquisition process.
Contribute to the implementation of bp’s go-to-market strategy in new market segments through analytical and operational process tasks.
Facilitate and optimize the onboarding of newly acquired customers to ensure the shortest possible onboarding time and a steep ramp-up curve.
Understand and address customer needs on both tactical and operational levels to maximize performance against key metrics such as customer satisfaction, service level compliance, and business value.
Collect, structure, and share customer insights; provide actionable recommendations to enhance the overall customer experience.
Use relevant IT systems efficiently and accurately, ensuring full compliance with data security regulations.
Support the development of a continuous improvement culture and promote collaboration across teams.
Comply with bp’s HSSE (Health, Safety, Security, and Environment) policies as outlined in the bp employee handbook.

Ongoing studies and active Hungarian student status for at least 6 more months
Pursuing a bachelor’s or master's degree - already completed your first year at university
Fluent English knowledge both written and verbal
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word)
Ability to keep deadlines whilst under pressure without compromising accuracy
