Customer Service Intern

Feladatok

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone and email, providing accurate and timely responses
  • Deliver day-to-day customer service tasks in line with agreed service levels
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external stakeholders
  • Follow up on pending issues with sales and customers to ensure resolution
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive support
  • Identify and resolve issues to ensure a smooth customer experience
  • Support process efficiency by working with standard systems and tools
  • Manage expectations in line with service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Leverage your understanding of end-to-end customer processes to improve service accuracy
  • Ensure all interactions reflect a professional and empathetic approach

Elvárások

  • Ongoing studies and active Hungarian student status for at least 6 more months 
  • Pursuing a bachelor’s or master's degree
  • Confident English skills (minimum B2 level, both written and spoken)
  • Strong written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
  • Experience in a related field
