Handle customer inquiries via phone and email, providing accurate and timely responses
Deliver day-to-day customer service tasks in line with agreed service levels
Communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external stakeholders
Follow up on pending issues with sales and customers to ensure resolution
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive support
Identify and resolve issues to ensure a smooth customer experience
Support process efficiency by working with standard systems and tools
Manage expectations in line with service level agreements (SLAs)
Leverage your understanding of end-to-end customer processes to improve service accuracy
Ensure all interactions reflect a professional and empathetic approach

Ongoing studies and active Hungarian student status for at least 6 more months
Pursuing a bachelor’s or master's degree
Confident English skills (minimum B2 level, both written and spoken)
Strong written communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
Experience in a related field
