Tasks and responsibilities:

• Daily contact with Plant and DC suppliers (if applicable)
• Negotiate forecast with partners regularly
• Creating purchase orders
• Order management in ERP system
• Initiate shipment arrangement from vendors
• Track the delivery of materials, follow-up until goods entry
• Control and follow up on invoices of materials
• Fix differences of the incoming quantities
• Ensure required stock level of managed material groups
• Drive strict stock management
• Create reports and analyses from ERP system (SAP)
