• Collaborate on the migration and automation of data analysis processes from Excel to Power BI
• Participate in report creation, contributing to their development and implementation
• Assist in monitoring the contact center's quality and performance, and analyze feedback on its performance gathered from various departments
• Provide general support to team members as needed

• Valid full-time, active or passive student status
• Advanced English knowledge
• Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Knowledge of Power BI

Working time

• Flexible working hours on weekdays
• Availability to work 15-20 hours per week according to agreed schedule
