Our client offers comprehensive, turnkey solutions to its authorized distributor network and end-users in the HORECA and Retail field. Now they are looking for a dedicated Digital Applications Specialist to develop and support the Oracle HCM platform and other HR applications. 

 

Digital Application Specialist - Oracle HCM

Feladatok

  • Collaborate with the HR Digital Application Coordinator to monitor and evaluate the HR department’s needs, addressing both the evolution of the Oracle HCM platform (or other HR applications) and the resolution of any issues or support requests.
  • Work with other ICT teams to provide valuable business solutions and continuously improve the level of support provided to the client's organization.
  • Focus on creating value for internal customers, maintaining a customer-oriented approach.
  • Participate in a multifunctional team to implement key initiatives related to HR applications, primarily Oracle HCM solutions, and their potential integrations with other systems.
  • Support the HR Digital Application Coordinator in defining project objectives and expected benefits, ensuring alignment with the client's Strategic Plan.

Követelmények

  • Experience:
    • Minimum 5 years of experience with Oracle HCM solutions, specifically in Core HR, Learning, Recruiting, Succession, and Talent modules.
    • Proven experience with Oracle HCM integration projects involving other systems.
  • Certification:
    • Oracle HCM certification is required.
  • Additional Skills:
    • Knowledge of SAP Concur and SAP HR is an advantage.
  • Key Attributes:
    • High energy, enthusiasm, and a proactive drive to achieve results.
    • Willingness to travel and work in international environments.
    • Strong English proficiency in writing, listening, and speaking.
