Distributor Manager

Distributor Relationship Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing distributors.

  • Conduct regular meetings and business reviews with distributors to assess performance and identify growth opportunities.

  • Motivate partners and collaborate with them to respond to market changes.

Sales Strategy and Execution:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share objectives.

  • Work closely with the sales team to align distributor activities with overall company sales goals.

  • Monitor distributor sales performance and provide guidance and support to improve results.

Market Analysis and Planning:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.

  • Develop and execute market entry strategies for new areas of industry and product lines.

  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create and implement effective promotional campaigns.

Training and Support:

  • Provide training and support to distributors on product knowledge supported by the technical team.

  • Ensure distributors have the necessary tools and resources to succeed.

  • Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by distributors promptly and effectively.

Reporting and Analytics:

  • Prepare regular reports on distributor performance, market trends, and sales forecasts.

  • Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjustments to strategies.

  • Present findings and recommendations to senior management.

  • Bachelor’s degree in the Technical field.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in distributor management, preferably in the B2B automation or related industry.

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

  • Strong understanding of the B2B automation market, products, and technologies.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to travel as required to visit distributors and attend industry events.

  • Proficiency in English.

  • B cat. driving license.
