Strategic processing and further development of customer base (architectural offices, planners, retailers and construction departments of authorities and institutions)
Identify and nurture client relationships, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Manage sales projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
Conduct technical lighting consultations, offering expert advice and support.
Maintain strong relationships with trading partners, fostering collaboration and mutual success.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.
Develop and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations in collaboration with other departments.
Contribute to the development and implementation of overall sales and business development strategies.
Követelmények
We're looking for you, if:
You hold a technical degree in Electrical Engineering or Architecture (preferred), or a related sales/business management qualification.
You possess 4-5 years of successful B2B sales experience within the lighting industry or luxury architectural equipment sector.
You have a proven track record in sales negotiations and cross-cultural business dealings.
You possess strong project planning, management, and execution skills.
You are proficient in using CRM software.
You are fluent in English; German language skills are a plus.
