Sanofi has recently embarked on a vast and ambitious digital transformation program. A first step to this transformation was bringing all IT (Information Technology), Digital and Data functions under a Global Chief Digital Officer reporting to Sanofi’s CEO (Chief Executive Officer). The new Digital organization is implementing a 3-year strategy that will drive business growth, operating income, and cost efficiency from enterprise-wide agile digital transformation.

The digital roadmap will facilitate the acceleration of R&D (Research & Development) drug discovery, intelligent supply chain, manufacturing digital factory of the future and commercial performance, bringing better drugs and vaccines to patients faster, to improve health and save lives.

• You are passionate and customer service driven, looking to develop, being able to evolve in an intercultural context, you will be a key stakeholder between Business, -Global & Local Digital Teams, support teams and Cyber Teams
• The environment requires you to have a deep understanding of integration between Infrastructure (including technical skills) and application landscape (interfaces and application interconnections) in a Cyber risk context
• You Demonstrate excellent organizational skills, work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• This position is Based in Budapest, nevertheless you will have to build a strong partnership in proximity with local digital Manufacturing & Supply sites teams for all GBU -in Europe region, meaning you will have to travel
• You are expected to have a minimum of 15 Years old experience, and some experiences in industrial world would be a plus

Key Technical Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology/Science
• Considerable experience in healthcare industry for service
• Strong technical understanding across a range of technologies/domains
• Experience with working in a matrix organization environment and ability to influence other business leaders
• Experience working in regulated environments
• Minimum set of technical skills on following IT domains: VLAN, Hyperviser (VMware/HyperV), OS (Windows/Linux), STORAGE (Netapp, HP…), BACKUP (DataProtector/CommVault/Acronis), DATABASE (ORACLE, SQL SERVER, POSTGRES), CLOUD COMPUTING (AZURE, AWS), ServiceNow, JIRA, Automatization (Ansible platform)
• IT Quality: GxP systems qualification and documentation
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Understanding of change management and release processes
• Experience in using agile delivery tools such as Service Now, Jira, Confluence, etc.
