As Employee and Manager Services Specialist your responsibilities would be the following:
- Be the go-to person for all Employee and Manager HR requests as first point of contact to solve respective inquiries across the DACH region
- Support the development of Employee and Manager services standards, processes and policies to provide a progressive, efficient, and consistent employee experience
- Contribute actively in HR projects and engage in the further development of HR-relevant structures/processes
- Identify improvement potential within your area of
responsibility and drive the implementation of respective improvement processes
- Document process changes and actively communicate it to all affected interfaces
- Ensure a degree of standardization, harmonization and best practice sharing within HR SCE.

Your profile:
- Fluent in English and German
- Have a university degree
- Have experience (1-2 years) in customer service, IT Helpdesk, administration or any similar field
- Administrative as well as organizational skills, esp. when managing multiple open requisitions
- Focus on quality management and strong customer orientation
- Analytical mind focusing on problem solving and on results
- Enjoying to work in an international environment with a mindset of thinking global / acting local
