Our multinational Partner is looking for an experienced colleague for the position below:
Employee Care and Engagement Coordinator
Feladatok
- Monitor and control fluctuation rates among Chinese expatriate and local Hungarian employees;
- Plan and organize company events to promote team building and integration;
- Develop and implement employee retention initiatives;
- Coordinate with the Marketing Department to create public materials;
- Collaborate with the Human Resources Department to ensure the relevance of services prepared for employees;
- Take part in building internal employer brand;
- Prepare and submit reports on employee fluctuation control and retention activities.
Elvárások
- Bachelor's degree or above in related field (f.e. Human Resources);
- Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and leadership skills;
- Expertise in Microsoft Office software;
- Experience in event planning and large-scale event organization (2 years);
- Able to speak English, Hungarian and Chinese languages;
- Strong data analysis skills;
- Knowledge of Hungarian culture;
- Acknowledge company values, have good teamwork spirit, adaptability.
