Our client is a globally leading multinational company, with an impressive client base and an existing growth strategy. On behalf of our client we are looking for French Speaking HR Direct Advisor.
- Maintain and update changes of HR information - Create and maintain records for all employees - Ensure high quality in master data through appropriate controls - Develop activities and work processes to ensure high efficiency and service delivery according to KPI’s within master data and report administration - Respond accurately and timely to incoming errands and register them in ticket handling system - Forward errands to appropriate HR Administrator or HR Specialists when necessary - Ensure errands are closed within T&Cs (Terms&Conditions) time - Update internal knowledge databases - Contact with Global HR team related to international relocations and issue resolution
- College/University degree - Min 1 year work experience in the field of customer service - Fluency in French and English is a must - Excellent communication skills and interpersonal capabilities
- ERP system knowledge (preferably SAP)
