German Payroll Manager

Your new company
A Payroll Manager role is open at our multinational partner, who is operating with a finance service provider company in Budapest downtown. The aim of the position is to ensure the smooth running of the payroll processes at German clients.

Your new role
As a Payroll Manager your responsibility will be leading a payroll team, monitor their performance and provide regular evaluation sessions. You will also manage employee related statistical reporting and cooperate on audits with the stakeholders. As the company is growing, you need to participate in implementing the payroll processes in Hungary, reviewing and making suggestions for improvement and ensure that the processes are align with the regulations.

What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate for this position has 4-5 years of background in the field of payroll and at least 2-3 years of team leading experience. Fluent English and German language knowledge, accuracy and good communication skills are also essential.
