German speaking Billing Accountant

Feladatok

• Pre- and Post-processing of Invoicing based on customer contracts (equipment basis) and invoice relevant documents: self reliant invoice preparation
• Control of contract and/or billing relevant equipment data
• Correction of booking mistakes
• Billing in SAP
• Self-reliant for on-/offboarding of new colleagues within the customer system to get accounts of the customer system
• Preparation and tracking of Requests for requested resources for the customer unit

• Fluent German knowledge
• Upper Intermediate English knowledge
• University or college degree (preferably in finance or accounting)
• 1 years of experience in service industry
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially good Excel skills
• Good communication skills
• Process and customer orientated attitude
