Our business partner is looking for a new Greek speaking Customer Service and Order Management Representative colleague. Greek speaking Customer Service and Order Management Representative

Tasks

  • To be the primary contact for the Customers and for the Commercial Teams 
  • Support Customers and Sales teams in the given region 
  • Respond to Customer inquiries via phone and email and support the Sales Teams with their inquiries 
  • Process operational customer complaints 
  • Contribute in identifying and implementing process improvements, enhance customer experience through accuracy and responsiveness, hit targets set for service level agreements, and minimize audit risk exposure 

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills in English AND Greek
  • Strong customer services experience within a fast paced, corporate environment  
  • Experience in a customer facing role, including order processing  
  • Good MS Office skills  
  • Knowledge of SFDC and SAP desired  
  • Accurate and fast data entry skills  
  • Excellent telephone manner  
  • Excellent organization skills
