HR KPI Consultant

As an HR KPI Consultant, you will act as a trusted advisor for HR teams and business stakeholders, helping them define, analyze, and optimize key HR performance indicators.

Your expertise in HR analytics, reporting, and consulting will ensure data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement in HR processes.

Your Responsibilities

  • Consulting & Advisory: Act as a strategic partner for HR and management teams, translating business needs into meaningful KPIs and data-driven insights.
  • KPI Development & Optimization: Design, refine, and standardize HR metrics to ensure consistency, accuracy, and alignment with business goals.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT to understand reporting requirements and drive actionable recommendations.
  • Data Interpretation & Insights: Analyze HR data, identify trends, and provide recommendations to improve workforce strategies.
  • Reporting & Visualization: Develop clear and insightful reports, dashboards, and presentations using tools like Power BI or similar.
  • Change Management & Training: Support HR teams in adopting KPI frameworks and enhancing data literacy.

Requirements

  • Strong consulting mindset with the ability to understand business needs and provide tailored KPI solutions.
  • Experience in HR analytics, KPI development, and workforce reporting.
  • Excellent skills in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel, SQL).
  • Solid understanding of HR processes, workforce planning, and organizational structures.
  • Ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear and actionable way to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken). German is a big plus.
